Q.How do I reserve one?
A.Simple! Call (865) 298 - 3500 and one of our courteous, knowledgeable party coordinators will help reserve your Inflatable items and/or Party Packages and gladly answer any questions you might have to make your special day easier on you!
Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Yes, price includes set up, delivery and tax included, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out from Knoxville.
Q.Which cities do you deliver to?
A.We deliver Knoxville, Clinton, Oak ridge, surrounding cities. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q.When do you deliver?
A.As our name is called, we setup first thing in the morning and you have the rental all day long, not 4 hours as others rent them out for. In some cases, we might setup the day before.
Q.Do you deliver to parks?
A.We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you might have to rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Some parks do not allow them, you would need to verify that you can have a bounce house when you rent the space at the park.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.Grass is preferred and safest, though we may set up on pavement, concrete, or gym floors. Please let us know when you reserve what type of surface you will use so we can plan for anchors and protective tarps.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash, Check, or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q.What if we need to Cancel?
A.If you need to cancel for any reason please give us as much notice as possible. There is no penalty for cancellation.
